Join sennder's dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager

We are a fast-growing digital freight forwarder looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our tech Centre of Excellence (CoE) department. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing top priorities of sennder's product strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management and execution:
    • Drive project timelines, capacity planning, dependency mapping, scope definition with the project team (product & engineering)
    • Establish smart & efficient governance and project success metrics & milestone tracking
    • Translate high-level product goals into actionable plans, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams
  • Financial modeling and resource allocation:
    • Develop models to evaluate product project's ROI, supporting roadmap creation and priority setting
    • Assist in creating business cases, product roadmap reviews & executive summaries
    • R&D refund & Dev Cap calculations
  • Stakeholder engagement:
    • Develop executive-level presentations for product reviews and updates
    • Serve as a liaison between the project team and Senior management
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in project management roles managing projects with multiple contributing teams, preferably within technology companies or product-focused environments
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Passion for product development, innovation, and market disruption
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and business case development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Skills in Jira or Azure DevOps are preferred
