Key Responsibilities

As a Tech Architect, you will oversee the development, deployment, and management of technology across all departments, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. You will lead the technical and Q&A team in creating and executing the product roadmap, while ensuring technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.

Key Qualifications
  • Passionate about technology and innovation within the rail freight transport/logistics and digitalization sectors
  • Eager to develop your skills and grow within a rapidly scaling organization
  • Holds a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Demonstrates at least 5 years of experience in a senior technical management role, with hands-on experience in software development, technology infrastructure management, Oracle and Oracle Apex technologies
  • Exhibits strong leadership qualities, able to guide and mentor a dynamic technical team
  • Highly organized and analytical, with a proven track record of driving complex projects to completion
  • Deep understanding of the latest industry trends and the ability to apply them within the context of the company's needs
  • Proficient in multiple programming languages and IT frameworks, with a solid understanding of network architecture and data security protocols
  • Exceptional communication skills in both German and English are essential
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Willingness to engage in business trips as required to meet project needs and facilitate team collaboration
