Optimus Search is partnering with a leading tech company to find a seasoned Principal Engineer to drive their multi-year IT Transformation program.

We are seeking an expert in technological and cloud architecture to shape the trajectory of our client's IT landscape.

  • Strong background in computer science or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive experience as a Senior/Principal Engineer, Software Architect, or Technical Leader.
  • Proven expertise in IT transformation projects, including modernizing IT processes and transitioning to microservices.
  • Proficiency in Java, SpringBoot, AWS, API Management, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong English language essential and German a plus.
