About the Job

We are currently seeking a Personalreferent - HR-Generalist (m/w/d) in full-time employment for a well-known company in the Düsseldorf area through direct personnel placement.

Responsibilities
  • You will manage personnel files, create employment contracts, certificates, and certifications.
  • You will support the creation and posting of job advertisements, conduct interviews, and take over candidate management.
  • You will be the point of contact for employees in all personnel-related matters and advise and support management.
  • In cooperation with the accounting department, you will prepare payroll and salary statements.
  • You will organize and manage training measures and further education programs.
  • Finally, you will create HR reports and statistics for management.
Requirements
  • You have a completed commercial education or a degree with a focus on personnel management, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of professional experience in a similar position in the HR department.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of labor law and preparation of payroll and salary statements.
  • You have very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and have ideally experience with HR software.
  • You possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • You have a high level of self-initiative, reliability, and discretion.
