We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at EPOS Personaldienstleistungen GmbH. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the success of our organization by providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Assist in creating and posting job ads, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment process to attract top talent.
  • Employee Experience: Organize training sessions and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics: Generate HR reports and statistics to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completed degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, talent management, and employee development.
  • Skills: Knowledge of labor law and payroll processes, fluency in German and English, and proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
