About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Impact Funding Europe GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the senior team in identifying and onboarding new customers from across Europe, supporting the grant writing team, and engaging with existing customers to better understand their capabilities and aspirations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support, sales administration, or marketing, with experience in managing multi-partner cross-country projects and making initial approaches to potential new clients. Excellent communication and writing skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a multi-cultural environment, are essential.

The role offers a competitive annual salary of €36,000 - €48,000, company contributions to social security, pension, and health insurance, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing sector.

Key Requirements
  • Baccalaureate education level or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a comparable sales support / sales admin / marketing / account management role
  • Experience in managing multi-partner cross-country projects and making initial approaches to potential new clients
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a multi-cultural environment
