Field Service Engineer

Our client is a pioneering company driving the transition to a greener future. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of a global team of 110 employees across four locations, working together to shape a sustainable future.
Your Key Responsibilities- Carry out commissioning, maintenance, and modernization projects to ensure seamless operations.
- Independently perform maintenance work and repairs, analyzing causes of malfunctions and implementing solutions.
- Execute and oversee services outlined in service orders, contributing to development projects at the Pulheim branch near Cologne.
- Document all tasks completed, ensuring accurate records and efficient processes.
- Primarily conduct on-site work at customer locations, utilizing the company car for personal use when not in service.
- Completed education as an electrician or equivalent, with a license as an electrician in the EU mandatory.
- State-certified technician or higher education advantageous.
- Possession of a class 3/B driving license, with class 2/C a plus.
- Confident and customer-oriented approach when dealing with customers.
- Proficiency in spoken and written German, along with good English skills.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly, with a willingness to travel.
