Job Title: Field Service Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in the Cologne area. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out commissioning, maintenance, and modernization projects. You will independently perform maintenance work and repairs, execute and oversee agreed-upon services outlined in service orders, and analyze causes in case of malfunctions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carrying out commissioning, maintenance, and modernization projects
- Independently performing maintenance work and repairs
- Executing and overseeing agreed-upon services outlined in service orders
- Analyzing causes in case of malfunctions

Requirements:

- Completed education as an electrician, or equivalent
- State-certified technician, a master's, or bachelor's degree is advantageous
- Possession of a class 3/B driving license; class 2/C is a plus
- Confident and customer-oriented approach when dealing with customers
- Proficiency in spoken and written German, along with good English skills
- Ability to work independently and flexibly
- Willingness to travel
