Join Our Team as a Robotics Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Robotics Technical Project Manager to join our team at Technology & Strategy. As a Robotics Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying innovative robotic systems and their components, such as end-of-arm tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect business and systems requirements from internal and external customers
  • Write specifications and drive project schedules from design to release
  • Manage the deployment and launch processes
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and provide escalation management
  • Balance business needs and make tradeoffs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • ~3+ years of leading projects with multi-disciplinary teams of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers
  • SolidWorks or similar CAD experience with best practices for part design, advanced assemblies, and complex configuration management
  • Familiarity with using and the capabilities of rapid prototyping equipment (CNC, 3D printing, waterjet, laser cutter)
  • Fluent English and German
