Job Title: Financial Project Coordinator - TreasuryThe estimated salary for this position is €45,000 per year, based on the national average in Germany and the requirements of the role.
Job Description:As a Financial Project Coordinator - Treasury with All the Top Bananas, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that drive business growth and improve financial performance. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of new financial systems, analyzing financial data, and developing strategies to improve treasury operations.
About the Role:This is an 18-month Graduate Program designed to provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the company's business. During the program, you will rotate between four different departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our operations and contributing to the development of your professional skills.
- Support the Treasury Operations processes such as payments, cash application, and cash flow planning.
- Contribute to the implementation project of the new SAP S/4 ERP system in terms of banking and payments and gain experience in driving a project to success.
- Take part in developing and implementing digital payment solutions and make an idea become reality.
- Be part of an international cash management project such as selecting a regional bank or implementing a cash pooling structure.
- Select and implement a software solution for a dedicated treasury process.
- Conduct reviews of treasury processes and bring them to a new level.
