OHB System AG, a leading space company in Europe, is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Bremen. As a key member of our EGSE department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating Electrical Ground Support Equipment for our satellites.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Electrical Ground Support Equipment for satellite testing
  • Support the Test Team during satellite test activities
  • Prepare and configure equipment for testing
  • Analyze and solve technical problems related to test equipment
  • Participate in environmental tests and launch campaigns
  • Maintain, refurbish, and upgrade test equipment
  • Prepare and review requirement documents
  • Provide technical reference for suppliers
  • Develop test scripts
  • Document and manage assets

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in testing at unit, subsystem, or satellite level
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply technical manuals, data reports, mechanical schematics, electrical schematics, and design specifications
  • Experience with Python or CCS system is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in teamwork
  • Sense of responsibility and effective work habits
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel
