Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects, ensuring timely completion, high-quality results, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive projects forward with a focus on economic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring that all aspects meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and safety.
  • Develop and implement project plans, focusing on achieving economic outcomes while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and technical specifications.
  • Lead professional negotiations with clients and subcontractors to secure optimal project outcomes.
Requirements
  • A degree in construction engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in complex project management, including leadership and motivational skills.
  • Several years of experience in project leadership, preferably in construction engineering.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to think strategically and act decisively.
  • Knowledge of iTWO is an asset.
