Director Talent Management, Development and Culture

At Exyte Central Europe GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Director of Global Talent Strategies to join our team. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our global talent strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, with a proven track record of identifying, developing, and retaining top talent. You will be responsible for ensuring that our global talent strategy aligns with current and future business goals, and will work closely with our HR IT systems, HR Analytics, and Communications teams to implement modern talent management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global talent strategies that align with current and future business needs.
  • Lead talent management, development, and retention strategies in close collaboration with the global HR leadership team.
  • Utilize modern talent management tools, including AI-based systems and data analytics, to measure and optimize the success of talent programs.
  • Create leadership development and succession planning programs to ensure a sustainable internal talent pipeline.
  • Implement and enhance IT-supported talent management systems covering the full employee lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in talent management or a similar leadership position, ideally in a global setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of applying HR IT talent management tools and AI technologies in talent management.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing data-driven, technology-supported HR strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a high level of intercultural competence and the ability to make things happen at highest company levels.
