Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension plan, and generous annual leave.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our team in Luxembourg. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and building relationships with new clients and intermediaries from Belgium. Your primary goal will be to contribute to the growth strategy and develop a growth strategy that fosters and builds long-term, trustworthy customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify business opportunities with new customers
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of the current market conditions to detect and/or anticipate possible commercial opportunities for the customers
- Collaborate across business lines to help develop new business leads and ensure excellent after-sales service to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Attend and coordinate events (seminars, conferences) to grow your portfolio
- Make use of the internal CRM to keep track of business development activities
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record in sales with a strong network of private customers and financial intermediaries in Belgium
- An excellent knowledge of products and services required by Belgian private customers and financial intermediaries (Asset management, Private equity, wealth planning solutions, credit facilities)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build sustainable relationships
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- A high level of integrity and ethics
- A relevant university background in Finance or related field
Language Skills
You should be fluent in English and French, with Dutch being an advantage.
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who is strongly client- and results-oriented, rigorous, organized, and methodical in their approach. A willingness to travel and work in a team environment is essential.
