HR Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled HR People Operations Manager to join our team at TBA Venture. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Tasks:
- Manage payroll, employment contracts, and other personnel-related documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR master data and personnel files
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Support applicant management and recruiting efforts
- Provide administrative support in all HR areas
- Correspond with employees and managers as needed
- Prepare and maintain Excel evaluations and other reports
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completed administrative training, ideally with a focus on human resources
- Experience in human resources or a related field
- Strong knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
