Key Responsibilities
As a Business Relationship Officer at ODDO BHF Group, you will be part of the Information Systems Department and report directly to the Head of Business Services. Your primary objectives will be to:
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction for Business and maintain it at all times
- Collaborate closely with Business to deliver products in the best possible way
- Monitor and control the Quality of Service on applications used by our Business (mainly Private Wealth Management and Independent Financial Advisors)
- Manage all necessary communications and crisis meetings on incidents
- Provide key performance indicators on product stability
- Act as a facilitator between stakeholders (Business, IT, external providers)
About the Role
You will be part of a young and dynamic team present in France and Germany, working in an innovative technical context within a team passionate about new technologies and digital environments. You will have the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in business relationship management and discover the banking/Life-Insurance environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A first experience in project management
- To be rigorous, dynamic, organized, autonomous, reactive, adaptable, solution-oriented, and tenacious
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a great sense of service, and the ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of the JIRA tool and Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, VBA)
- Fluency in German and English, with French being a plus
