Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Winter Personalberatung. As a key member of our Global Legal Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's legal strategy and providing expert guidance on complex commercial contracting matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global contracting standards and best practices
  • Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements, including master services agreements, licensing agreements, and nondisclosure agreements
  • Provide expert counsel on risk management, contract redlining, and custom-drafting legal documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies and processes, and provide guidance on contract deviations and approvals
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and suggest alternative solutions to complex legal issues
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Legal Team know-how, templates, and technology solutions
  • Manage and direct consulting teams to navigate regulatory compliance issues

Requirements

  • German qualified lawyer with a minimum of 7-15 years of commercial contracting experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English, with additional continental European languages a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving ability, and technical expertise
  • Ability to comprehend complex international laws and regulations, and interpret them within the context of global policies
  • Positive, dynamic, and client-focused approach to legal practice
  • Pragmatic, high-energy professional with personal and professional self-confidence
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships throughout a loosely structured matrix organization
