Job Opportunity in Clinical Neuroscience

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to investigate cognitive modulators of pain and analgesia in health and chronic pain using functional/anatomical magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI/MRI) and pharmacological interventions
  • Supervise doctoral students and contribute to the development of experimental behavioral, pharmacological, and neuroimaging studies
  • Participate in a vibrant, interdisciplinary research environment with a strong translational focus

About the Position

  • PhD-degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related fields with documented research experience and publications in peer-reviewed journals
  • Expertise in designing experimental studies using brain imaging methods and related software
  • Profound knowledge of statistics and proficiency in at least one programming language
  • Excellent command of oral and written English; German-language skills are beneficial
  • Great communication skills, high flexibility, and strong commitment
