We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Insurance Expert to join our team at Hyundai Capital Bank Europe GmbH.
This is a key role that will serve as a competence center for all insurance-related operational tasks, including insurance reports, collections, and support for invoice processing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and processing invoice generation, including approval based on budget guidelines
- Supporting training activities in the insurance field, including planning and developing training and marketing materials
- Monitoring and preparing insurance-related KPIs
- Serving as a point of contact for internal departments, such as finance, legal and compliance, sales, marketing, and HR, for data and analysis provision to support strategic business initiatives
- Preparing the planning process for the insurance department, including collecting relevant facts and numbers, coordinating with the Insurance Director, and collaborating with the Controlling Department
- Supporting the Senior Manager Insurance in daily operations
- Claims handling in collaboration with external brokers (corporate insurance)
What You Bring
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in the automotive insurance or financial services sector, including product marketing, finance, collections, and analysis
- Experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
- Ability to develop dashboards, process dashboards, and monitoring tools
- Capacity for conceptual and systematic work, combined with a self-reliant working style and the ability to quickly integrate into an existing team
- Ability to work in a highly time-sensitive, dynamic, and growing environment, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent results and outcomes
- Strong creativity combined with a sense of the market to develop USP online communication solutions
- High level of self-motivation and willingness to implement
- Strong customer orientation
- Fluent German and English language skills
