Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at FAM Stumabo Deutschland GmbH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers, both internally and externally.
  • Install and maintain cutting machines, parts, assemblies, and systems.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on-site at customers' premises.
  • Train customer personnel in the correct operation of the equipment.
  • Conduct cutting trials, both internal and external, on FAM equipment and associated partner machinery.
  • Collaborate with our engineers and other personnel to identify, interpret, define, analyze, and resolve problems.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and asking pertinent questions.
  • Work within your territory as part of a team and regularly communicate with all team members regarding market perceptions of FAM Stumabo Deutschland.
  • When not traveling, you will work in the Niederzissen office performing other duties.
