Financial Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Controlling and Finance to join our team at Sennheiser. As a key member of our Corporate Controlling and Finance department, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing our program and project portfolios and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage requirements from various departments and align them with our strategic projects, capacities, and operational themes.
  • Steer our project activities around Corporate Controlling and Finance, particularly in terms of digitalization and transformation (e.g., ERP system).
  • Identify relevant stakeholders and manage their interests constructively, analyzing, evaluating, and balancing different requirements and priorities.
  • Drive process analyses and ensure efficient documentation in the Controlling and Finance area.
  • As a leader of global projects and initiatives, you will be responsible for moderating steering committees and project boards in our FiCo organization.
  • Actively accompany the transfer of processes and services to our Global Service Center, working closely with internal interfaces.
  • As part of the leadership team in Corporate Controlling and Finance, you will be involved in developing and implementing the department's strategy.
Requirements
  • You have a completed degree in Business Administration or Economics.
  • You have several years of experience in a comparable environment.
  • You bring a team-oriented, communicative personality and convince through your sovereign appearance, even in challenging situations.
  • Your experience in change management and leading international projects or project modules is a plus.
  • You have valuable knowledge in process design, ideally in the Finance and Controlling area.
  • You can communicate confidently on all management levels.
  • Your very good English skills round out your profile.
