Job Title: Senior Strategic Program Manager Indirect Procurment

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategic Program Manager Indirect Procurment to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for analyzing spend data, identifying saving potential, and executing strategies to realize these savings within the assigned Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the procurement analytics team and finance team to conduct a comprehensive spending analysis and identify potential savings opportunities.
• Act as a critical bridge between the global initiatives and the business unit, ensuring alignment with the global strategies and objectives.
• Drive the implementation of global category management strategies to achieve maximum efficiency and cost optimization.
• Lead and manage projects associated with efficiencies, savings generation, contractual payment terms optimization, vendor consolidation, and other essential procurement areas.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and external partners to optimally manage the spend.
• Monitor the effectiveness of procurement strategies and processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiencies and savings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience preferably in Finance and/or Procurement.
• Excellent leadership skills and change management mindset.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in project management.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to solve complex business problems.
• Proficient in negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Results-driven with prompt decision-making capability.
• Driven towards self-development and open to adapting to change.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Fluency in English.
