Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure DevOps

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure DevOps professional to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our infrastructure engineering unit, you will be responsible for managing incident and service requests for our PlusOne cloud solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incident and service requests for SAP's PlusOne cloud solution
  • Collaborate with engineers and developers in a multinational DevOps team
  • Provide high-quality support and services to internal and external customers worldwide
  • Participate in 7/24 infrastructure operations shifts
  • Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents to ensure minimal customer impact
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Experience operating mission-critical cloud infrastructure services 7/24
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure
