We are a leading company in the industry, and we are looking for a skilled Automation Mechatronics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our automation department, you will play a crucial role in designing, programming, and optimizing PLC controls to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems and components into functional units
- Install and retrofit electromechanical machines and fixtures, and perform commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Work on process optimization on our machines and equipment, and apply your knowledge in commissioning and troubleshooting in robotics
- Create documentation for devices, test documents, and requirement specifications
- Integrate control technology with higher-level process control systems
- Contribute to energy management projects and implement new technologies from an economic standpoint in the field of Industry 4.0
- Share your knowledge by overseeing Mechatronics apprentices and conducting internal training sessions in automation for your colleagues
Requirements:
- Education in Mechatronics, Electronics, or equivalent work experience as a Technician
- Experience in industrial automation and PLC programming with S7 and TIA Portal
- Structured, systematic, and goal-oriented work approach and technical knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, bus systems, and robotics
- Teamwork, communication skills, and flexibility
- Interest in further education and exploring new topics
