The Opportunity

A well-designed network is critical to enable the DoD to achieve their missions. We need an experienced network engineer who knows how to develop the exact network the DoD needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure with a specific emphasis on F5 BIG-IP technologies.
  • Optimize client operations and modernization using knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and HTTPS, and network protocols.
  • Use expertise in F5 BIG-IP and load balancing and traffic management technologies to serve as a trusted advisor to clients on mission-critical projects.
  • Make an impact on national security missions using technical curiosity and knowledge of industry standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with supporting F5 Appliances in a large enterprise IT environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM and GTM.
  • Experience with F5 modules, including ASM or APM.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • DoD IAM II Certification.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Certification.
  • Global Traffic Manager (GTM) or Local Traffic Manager (LTM) Certification.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with scripting languages, including Python or Bash for automation.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense military standards.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
