Position: Site Manager in the Building Sector (M/F)

Employment Type: Full Time (Permanent Contract)

ABOUT H. KÖHLER CONSTRUCTIONS:

Founded in 1933, H. Köhler Constructions has established a strong presence in the construction industry, focusing on asphalt works, building sealing, concrete restoration, and specialized coatings for various structures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independent planning, organization, and execution of construction activities
  • Efficient procurement of essential tools, machinery, and materials
  • Coordination of personnel and subcontractor operations
  • Evaluation of additional proposals, measurement assessments, and contract modifications
  • Monitoring project progress and controlling outcomes
  • Preparation of measurement and invoicing documentation in a timely manner
  • Reporting on performance, preparing analytical documents, and forecasting project outcomes

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Degree in Building Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the construction industry

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Thorough understanding of current regulations and standards applicable in the region
  • Strong decision-making abilities, teamwork skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Fluent in both German and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Competent in conflict resolution and managing stress in client interactions
  • Structured, independent work style, with a valid driver's license
