Site Manager for Building Projects

Position: Construction Site Manager in the Building Sector with a Focus on Sealing and Flat Roofs (M/F)

Employment Type: Full Time (Permanent Contract)

ABOUT US:

H. Köhler Constructions has been a key player in the construction industry since its inception in 1933. With a strong presence in various locations, we specialize in asphalt construction, building sealing, concrete restoration, and coatings for parking facilities and industrial buildings.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independent planning, preparation, and execution of construction projects
  • Cost-efficient sourcing of required tools, machinery, and materials
  • Coordination of personnel and subcontractor activities
  • Evaluation of additional proposals, measurement controls, and contract modifications
  • Monitoring project progress and controlling outcomes
  • Timely preparation of measurement and invoicing documentation
  • Reporting on performance, preparing analysis documents, and forecasting project outcomes

YOU BRING:

  • A degree in Building Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Construction Site Manager in the building industry

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comprehensive understanding of current standards and regulations applicable in Luxembourg
  • Strong decision-making abilities, teamwork skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Fluency in both German and French, written and spoken
  • Ability to manage conflicts and handle stress and client pressures
  • Structured and independent work style, valid driver's license required
