About the RoleAs a Business Process Expert for Procure-to-Pay EMEA Hub, you will be responsible for analyzing and coordinating the development of global end-to-end Procure-To-Pay business processes and requirements in alignment with business representatives of the ZEISS IQR segment and IT experts.
- Develop and implement global Procure-To-Pay business processes and requirements
- Analyze regional and segment-specific business requirements and develop local fit-gap analyses
- Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization
- Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system
- Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup
- Contribute to creation of training materials and support end-user training

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in procurement and business process management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and 2-6 years of relevant professional experience with reference in procurement.
The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of end-to-end Procure-To-Pay business processes, experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA, and excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills. Fluency in English and German is a must, and willingness to travel up to 50-70% is required.
