Junior Accountant for Travel Expenses & Payments

Wir suchen einen Junior Accountant for Travel Expenses & Payments (alle Geschlechter) für unsere Serviceplan Gruppe in München.

Was du erwartest:
  • Prüfung der Reisekosten- und Spesenabrechnung auf Richtigkeit und Umsetzung von steuerlichen Vorgaben und internen Richtlinien
  • Anlage, Pflege und Prüfung der Stammdaten im Reisekostenprogramm
  • Zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner für Kolleginnen und Kollegen zum Thema Reisekosten
  • Durchführung des täglichen In- und Auslandszahlungsverkehrs
  • Prüfung und Verwaltung der SEPA-Lastschriftmandate
  • Statistische Meldung an die deutsche Bundesbank
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der Prozessoptimierung im Bereich Reisekostenabrechnung und Zahlungsverkehr
Was wir von dir erwarten:
  • Deine kaufmännische Ausbildung hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen
  • Im Umgang mit MS Office fühlst du dich sicher und erste SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Hohe Genauigkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Du selbst beschreibst dich als kommunikativen Teamplayer mit einer ausgeprägten Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Deine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
  • Abrundend hast du Spaß am Umgang mit Zahlen und Menschen
