Key ResponsibilitiesAs the lead and driver of various HSE initiatives, you will be responsible for aligning local safety and sustainability measures with global goals and ambitions, as well as local law. Your tasks will include:
- Implementing safety standards
- Supporting sustainability topics
To achieve these objectives, you will:
- Prepare a project plan with clear goals for each initiative/sub-project
- Share best practices with other local HSE responsible individuals from our locations around the world
- Have support from your supervisor
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or HSE, with a maximum of 2 years of working experience
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken), with other languages being an asset
- A genuine interest in our business and a willingness to learn about different functions and roles within Franke
- The ability to manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills
- A team player and agile learner mindset
- A willingness to push yourself out of your comfort zone
- Excitement about being part of a global team and turning your ideas into action
- A proactive and committed mindset
