About the Role

ubelectricity is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to lead and manage a team of developers, designing and implementing scalable solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce. This role involves developing custom applications and integrations on the Salesforce platform, managing releases and deployments, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, and mentoring team members to help them develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient and scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce.
  • Develop custom applications and integrations on the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
  • Manage Salesforce releases and deployments to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that solutions meet their needs.
  • Mentor and coach team members to help them develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development using Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST API.
  • Experience in building Lightning Web Components and working with JavaScript to create and customize visual interfaces in Salesforce.
  • Experience in customizing managed packages installed in Salesforce through configuration and code.
  • Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and best practices for testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce code.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the tech team, product team, and business stakeholders in English.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus.
  • Sitetracker experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience in tools such as IntelliJ, Git, Data Loader, Workbench is a plus.
  • Experience in practicing Serum framework, and efficient project management with Jira is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.
