Oracle Forms and Reports BSA Applications Support Specialist

Job Summary

EMW is seeking an experienced Oracle Forms and Reports BSA Applications Support Specialist to provide onsite support with the maintenance of NAEW in-house developed Oracle Forms and Reports BSA applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide continued maintenance support to the BSA applications that have been locally developed using Oracle Forms and Reports technology.
  • Provide continued maintenance support for the SOA based transaction interface between the FinS and the PILS used as logistical system by the Customer.
  • Develop the interface between the locally developed HR application and the NATO wide used APMS application.
  • Provide support to the development of the IST by providing expert knowledge on the locally developed scheduling tools APS and ATR.

Requirements

  • The contractor must have at least 5 years experience in developing applications using Oracle Forms and Reports technology versions 10g, 11g and 12c development.
  • The contractor must have at least 5 years experience in Oracle Database 10g, 11g, and 12c.
  • The contractor must have at least 5 years experience in Oracle Headstart and QMS standards.
  • The contractor must have at least 5 years experience in PL/SQL developer.
  • The contractor must have at least 5 years experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • The contractor must have at least 5 years experience in OLE2.
  • The contractor must have at least 3 years experience in Oracle database 19c.
  • The contractor must have at least 3 years experience in Oracle Weblogic 10g, 11g and 12c.
  • The contractor must have at least 3 years experience in Oracle Discoverer.
  • The contractor must have at least 2 years experience in NAEW BSA applications.
  • A currently active NATO Secret clearance is required.

Working Conditions

Work to be accomplished is on the NATO Restricted network/BASS domain. BASS Security Operating instructions must be adhered. Onsite work only (no Work from Home capability).

Security and Non-Disclosure

A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement will be required. Access control to the MOB and building access by security pass. (security pass will be provided)
