Job Description

As a seasoned Oracle SME, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and maintenance to our locally developed Base Support Applications (BSA) using Oracle Forms and Reports technology. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of our Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)-based transaction interface between the Financial System (FinS) and the Programme Integrated Logistic System (PILS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Development and Support
    • Develop and maintain complex database interactions using Oracle technology.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle-based applications, ensuring continuous support and maintenance.
  • System Integration and Collaboration
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the functionality of scheduling and HR applications.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle-based systems.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Provide expert-level guidance on Oracle Forms and Reports technology, Oracle Database, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle technology advancements and best practices.
Requirements
  • Technical Requirements
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing applications using Oracle Forms and Reports technology versions 10g, 11g, and 12c.
    • Strong experience in Oracle Headstart and QMS standards, PL/SQL development, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and OLE2 integration.
    • At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Database 19c, Oracle WebLogic 10g, 11g, and 12c, and Oracle Discoverer.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience working with NAEW BSA applications.
