US Air Forces in Europe Seeks Construction Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Technician to join our team at Ramstein, contributing to the vital maintenance and development of our facilities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Thoroughly review and oversee project plans, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety standards.
  • Accurately determine construction costs, providing comprehensive budget estimates.
  • Generate detailed work orders, outlining tasks and requirements for construction personnel.

Your Qualifications:

  • Possess a state-certified technician qualification in construction technology or a master's degree in the field.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both English and German languages.
  • Exhibit expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD software.
  • Showcase experience in implementing monitoring and safety protocols within the construction industry.
  • Possess the ability to apply mathematical formulas, calculate construction costs, and negotiate contract modifications effectively.
  • Hold a valid Class B driver's license.
