Freight Forwarder Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our customer service team, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers, sales, and operational processing in land transport. Your primary objective will be to promote customer loyalty by accepting transport orders, providing timely and accurate information, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage appointment services to ensure seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Process and record procurement orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle returns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
- Process billing for special services, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment.
- Completed commercial training or equivalent experience in customer service.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
