Job Description:

At Baettr, we are seeking a highly skilled Category Sourcing Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our global sourcing function, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic sourcing activities within your designated spend areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement category strategies in alignment with factories and other key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and implement agreements to support Baettr's strategy and KPIs.
  • Prepare and drive RFQs and CAPEX projects.
  • Identify cost-out projects and lead cross-functional teams within your categories.
  • Build up spend and data analysis to support sourcing activities across the value chain.
  • Collect and maintain market intelligence as support to stakeholders, including the KAM team.
  • Maintain master data in collaboration with the local purchasing team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in similar sourcing positions.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent English and German language skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate in a global environment.
