Construction Project Manager

EUROVIA Deutschland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee complex construction projects.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage diverse construction teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining detailed scopes of work, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress closely, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Proactively manage risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential disruptions to project timelines and budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience managing complex construction projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry best practices and standards.
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, legal requirements, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
