We are seeking new team members for our company, Harvest AI GmbH

Harvest AI is an innovative startup dedicated to advancing cleantech solutions. Our focus is on leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance agricultural processes, thereby addressing global challenges such as food security and climate change. We are committed to developing sustainable practices that can be adopted in various markets worldwide.

To strengthen our dynamic team, we are looking for a Product Innovation and Development Associate (m/f/x) full-time (or part-time with 30-35 hours/week).

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the product development team, external technology partners, and clients.
  • Assist in program management and product development initiatives across the organization.
  • Conduct research on key cleantech sectors and their applications in emerging markets.
  • Align our product offerings with the specific needs and challenges faced by our clients.
  • Support clients in scaling their clean technology solutions.
  • Facilitate the integration of research findings into our product portfolio.
  • Ensure the efficient execution of the product development process.
  • Collaborate on future funding opportunities.
Your Profile
  • Master's degree in a relevant technical field (preferably engineering or design).
  • A strong passion for sustainable technologies and their development.
  • Experience in product development and innovation.
  • Initial experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
