", "p": "At Harvest AI GmbH, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Innovation and Development Associate to join our team in Potsdam. As a key member of our international team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our cleantech products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with our product and platform development team, external technology partners, and clients to drive innovation and growth.
* Conduct research on key cleantech industries and their applications in growth markets.
* Align our product portfolio with client pain points and needs.
* Support clients in scaling their clean technologies.
* Implement research results into the product portfolio.
* Ensure smooth running of the product development process.

Your Profile:

* Master's degree in a technical subject (ideally engineering or design-related).
* Passion for sustainable technologies and development.
* Product development and innovation experience.
* First working experience in a startup environment.
* Good knowledge of MS Office products.
* Self-starter mentality, work conscientiously, and solution-oriented.
* Excellent written and spoken English skills.

About Us:

Harvest AI GmbH is a young and international startup based in Potsdam. We leverage our networking with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to develop a greenhouse prediction model that uses machine learning and computer vision to predict harvest dates and yields, significantly improving the procedural processes in indoor farms.

We are making a positive contribution to combating the world hunger crisis in times of climate change. With the support of the European Union and Brandenburg Kapital, we raised almost EUR 3 million euros in our first round of financing.
