Project Overview


CureVac Corporate Services GmbH is seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our data analytics efforts, focusing on the R&D and clinical areas. The successful candidate will translate scientific business needs into actionable requirements, ensuring the delivery of consolidated, analyzed, and visualized data solutions.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and manage central data analytics use cases and solutions, prioritizing development work and managing risks to meet timelines and costs.
  • Own digital and data products deployed on a cloud platform, ensuring compliance with the CureVac project management framework.
  • Prepare and conduct agile rituals, building a collaborative environment in cross-functional projects and product teams.
  • Provide escalation support and manage vendor support, contributing to overall FAIR scientific data management.
  • Communicate progress to top management and escalate roadblocks, ensuring compliance with CureVac's project management framework.

Requirements



  • University degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of experience in leading multiple data analytics projects or products, gained in tech or strategy consultancy, ideally in the life sciences industry.
  • Solid expertise in biotech R&D topics and a broad understanding of digital and data topics.
  • Experience in applying agile methodologies and conducting agile rituals, with a clear understanding of starting small and iterating fast towards final digital and data solutions.
  • Affinity with coding and common system integration methods and technologies, including web services, REST, JSON, etc.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment from top management to subject matter experts.
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus.
