Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Digital Solutions Architect to lead and manage central data analytics use cases and solutions focusing on the R&D and clinical areas. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in leading multiple data analytics projects or products, with a solid understanding of biotech R&D topics and digital and data topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate scientific business needs into actionable requirements
  • Ensure the delivery of solutions to consolidate, analyze, and visualize data
  • Own digital and data products deployed on a cloud platform
  • Prepare and conduct agile rites and build a collaborative environment in cross-functional projects and product teams
  • Provide escalation support and manage vendor support
  • Contribute to overall FAIR scientific data management
  • Communicate progress towards top management and escalate in case of roadblocks

Requirements

  • University degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in leading multiple data analytics projects or products
  • Solid expertise in biotech R&D topics and digital and data topics
  • Experience in applying agile methodologies and conducting agile rites
  • Affinity with coding and common system integration methods and technologies
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
