Compliance Risk Manager

As a key member of the Munich Re Compliance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's Compliance Management System (CMS) is risk-adequate and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments, monitor measures, and reviews, providing their methodology to ensure compliance.
- Ensure internal and external reporting requirements are met.
- Develop and implement norms management processes.
- Further simplify and automate compliance processes, introducing appropriate tools.
- Promote a culture of compliance excellence through targeted group-oriented communications and modern, interactive training.
Requirements:
- University degree in law, business administration, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of compliance experience.
- Reinsurance or financial services background with knowledge of the respective regulatory environment is a plus.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and structured thinking skills, as well as a pragmatic approach and strong implementation skills.
- Project management experience.
- Affinity for technical issues and IT solutions.
- Team player with an integrative personality combined with a high degree of personal commitment, ability to cooperate and work in a team.
- Strong communication and intercultural competence.
- Fluent in German and English.
