Wir suchen eine*n Spezialist*in Kernteam Workstream Analytics für die Large Scale Solution (LSS) "S4GIZ".

Aufgaben
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Themen des WS im Rahmen der LSS S4GIZ mit spezifischem Fokus auf Aufbau des künftigem Management Reportings mit der SAP Lösung SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Vorbereitung von Testfällen und Durchführung von Tests und Vorbereitung des Roll-Outs mit Zuarbeit zu Trainings- und Schulungskonzepten
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der Datenmigration
  • Unterstützung bei der weiteren fachlichen Ausarbeitung des Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepts
  • Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit SAP-Berater*innen des externen Dienstleisters und internen kaufmännischen Experten
  • Fortlaufende Bearbeitung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Controlling Prozesse der GIZ in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der fachlichen Workstreamleitung und den Prozessmanager*innen
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium (z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereichs-/Unternehmenscontrolling und/oder Management Reporting mit Aufbereitung von Daten und Kennzahlen
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung mit SAP im Bereich Analytics/BI und/oder FI/CO
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie Lust und Motivation auf die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Anwendungen und Prozessen
  • Kenntnisse der GIZ-Verfahren sowie Kooperationserfahrung mit der GIZ-Außenstruktur
  • Starkes Interesse an der Transformation von kaufmännischen Prozessen mittels Digitalisierung
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein gepaart mit Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
