Product Analytics Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analytics Lead to join our team at LeanIX. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of our product analytics strategy and ensuring that our product teams have the insights they need to make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a product analytics strategy that aligns with our business goals
- Work closely with product teams to understand their needs and develop solutions to support their decision-making
- Collaborate with our BI/Data team to build and maintain data analytics solutions
- Define and develop dashboards and reports to support product teams
- Develop and maintain a self-service oriented product analytics function
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product analytics
- Product Management experience, ideally in a comparable role or as Product Owner of at least 2 years
- Experience in defining and developing dashboards for various levels of an organization
- Knowledge on how to build and maintain a self-service oriented product analytics function
- Background in product and/or data analytics with knowledge on testing methodologies
- Experience with using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar reporting tools; knowledge of common query languages such as SQL, KQL or similar is a plus
- Experience in working with the different functions of a modern SaaS company
- Hands-on approach, enjoying an agile environment and software development process
- Self-motivated and capable of delivering high-quality outputs with minimal supervision
