Join Our Team as an Innovation Management Intern

Covestro is a leading manufacturer of high-tech materials and we are looking for a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our Innovation Management team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various strategic projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the strengthening of our innovation culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in international projects, including the conception and organization of training on intrapreneurship and innovation methods.
  • Prepare concepts and presentations, as well as internal communication and marketing activities on the topics of sustainability and innovation.
  • Prepare, implement, and follow up on workshops and campaigns to find, evaluate, or further develop ideas.
  • Support the supervision of the Covestro Ideas Platform and the cross-sectoral innovation community.
  • Implement smaller own projects.
Requirements:
  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, natural sciences, social sciences, or design.
  • You are interested and passionate about innovation, corporate culture, and transformation processes.
  • You have a quick understanding and analytical skills, as well as a systematic, solution-oriented way of working.
  • You show willingness for professional and personal development and are strong in communication.
  • You are committed, motivated, team-capable, and show initiative, thus contributing to the success of our company.
  • You have very good German and good English language skills.
  • You are available for an internship period of five to six months.
