Marketing Intern: Affiliate Campaigns

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team at Bears with Benefits. As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in the conception and creation of affiliate marketing campaigns, identifying and recruiting external blogs and websites as affiliate partners, and collaborating with partners to set up and manage promotional campaigns and content.

Your Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of affiliate marketing strategies
  • Assist in identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners
  • Collaborate with partners to create engaging content and promotional materials
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization
  • Contribute ideas to optimize our marketing activities
Your Profile
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and experience working with Excel and other analytical tools
  • You are creative and have experience working with design tools like Canva
  • You are passionate about beauty and lifestyle topics
  • You are solution-oriented, direct, and straightforward
  • You have excellent communication skills and a good command of English; knowledge of German, Italian, Spanish, and/or French is a plus
