Affiliate Marketing Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our affiliate strategy across multiple markets, fostering strong partnerships, and optimizing channel performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard new partners, nurturing relationships to expand our network and enhance channel effectiveness
- Collaborate with partners to ensure alignment with our brand and product offerings, monitoring promotions and placements for maximum exposure
- Negotiate, execute, and optimize affiliate campaigns across various countries
- Analyze partner performance against KPIs and targets, suggesting optimizations and best practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align the affiliate channel with broader business objectives
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles, with influencer marketing experience a plus
- Strong understanding of affiliate and performance marketing channels, as well as e-commerce best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective partner communication
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and one other European language (Italian, Danish, German, or Swedish)
- Positive team spirit, quick learning ability, and a can-do attitude, with strong prioritization and deadline management skills
