Mergers and Acquisitions Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Project Manager to join our team at Uniper.

As a key member of our corporate development team, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating M&A projects, including contract negotiation and internal board approvals.

You will lead cross-functional project teams at Uniper, participate in the delivery of major corporate group initiatives, and actively collaborate to derive and update Uniper's Group Strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing and coordinating M&A projects, including contract negotiation and internal board approvals

Requirements include:

  • University degree in a relevant field with outstanding academic results
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in M&A (corporate, investment banking or advisory/big4)
  • Ideal relevant job experience in the energy sector or related industries
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic mind with the ability to simultaneously consider a multitude of different variables
  • High willingness to develop and drive topics, high self-motivation, ability to work independently and under high pressure
  • Strong personal credibility, excellent team-working skills and ability to build strong working relationships across the Uniper Group
  • Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humour
