Job Description

We are seeking an Event Planning Assistant Intern to support our team in planning, organizing, and executing events. As an intern, you will be responsible for developing and implementing monthly events for our target group, coordinating with cooperation partners and volunteer teams, and communicating with internal clients and external service providers.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute events
  • Develop and implement monthly events for our target group
  • Coordinate with cooperation partners and volunteer teams
  • Communicate with internal clients and external service providers
  • Support in the conception, establishment, and implementation of new standards, event concepts, and strategies
Requirements
  • Backgrounds in Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Communications, or Tourism are highly desirable
  • Good knowledge of the German language (at least level B1)
  • Time commitment: Approx. 20 hours/week - For how long? Voluntary Internship: Maximal 3 months / Mandatory Internship: Maximal 6 months
  • Candidates must be willing to work on-site at our facilities
