Deine Herausforderungen

  • Installation, Konfiguration und Versand von RAS-Hardware
  • Bearbeitung von eingehenden Störungen im Incident Management im Rahmen des Second Level Supports
  • Entstörung von Remote-Access-Lösungen im Kunden-Umfeld
  • Sicherstellung der vereinbarten SLAs und OLAs
  • Operationalisierung von Maßnahmen zur Incident-Vermeidung
  • Erstellung und Fortschreibung betrieblicher Dokumente (TSMs [Technisches Support Manual], Leitfäden und Betriebshandbücher)
  • Mitwirkung am betrieblichen Change-, Release- und Problem-Management sowie am betrieblichen Test- und Qualitätsmanagement (TQM)

Was du mitbringst

  • Mindestens eine anerkannte Berufsausbildung in einem IT-Ausbildungsberuf und min. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
  • Erfahrungen im Incident Management (2nd Level)
  • Betrieb, Administration oder Trouble-Shooting von VPN-Lösungen (z. B. genucard)
  • Administration im Umfeld von Windows-OS
  • Service Operation (Administration und Betreuung von IT- und Kommunikationsservices innerhalb einer Delivery-Organisation unter Beachtung der vereinbarten Qualitäts-, Stabilitäts- und Wirtschaftlichkeitskriterien)
  • Erfahrung in IT Service Management ITIL Foundation von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise und gute Kommunikations- sowie Teamfähigkeit
